Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Hospitality in Istanbul seeks a Technical Support Specialist to drive hospitality technical support and sales activities in Türkiye. The role covers electronic security, mobile access and energy management in hospitality projects, engaging Local Key Accounts and delivering 7/24 remote support.

You will work with ELV/ IT/Security consultants, visit 12–15 clients weekly, and coordinate with the Country Manager to develop long-term client relationships while meeting sales and service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales & Technical Support.
• Experience in electronic security would be advantageous.
• Strong command of Turkish & English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Local Key Accounts in Turkey, including sales activities for AAH product range.
• Manage product support, technical marketing and project consultancy on electronic security, mobile access and energy management in hospitality.
• Interact with customers to respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Visit 12 to 15 clients weekly and present weekly reports.
