Job summary

Henkel Türkiye is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facility management across its Turkish offices. You will coordinate external providers, ensure safety, compliance, and maintenance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires at least 5 years in facility management, strong Excel skills, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management or related roles, preferably in a multinational.
• Experience managing facility services, building maintenance, and external providers.
• Good knowledge of workplace health & safety requirements and facility compliance processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of building systems and technical facility operations, renovations, relocations.
• Ability to review facility contracts and service agreements.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with stakeholder collaboration.
• Good written and spoken English.
• OHS Specialist certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily Facility Management operations across Henkel Türkiye offices, ensuring smooth service delivery and standards.
• Oversee facility services, building maintenance, and workplace administration for a safe, efficient environment.
• Monitor external service providers, vendors, and subcontractors for quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate SHE requirements with the OHS/OSGB provider, including walkarounds and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain Facility Management reports, track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead workplace projects including relocations, renovations, and fit-out activities with stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for smooth transition to operations.
