Job summary

REED Türkiye in Istanbul (Fatih) seeks an Engineering & Design Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution center projects in the healthcare logistics sector. You will steer architectural, mechanical, electrical design and ensure GDP/compliance across project lifecycles.

Candidate should bring 8–10 years of engineering and project management experience, strong financial analysis skills (ROI/NPV) and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or similar.
• 8-10 years in engineering, facility development and project management.
• Experience in end-to-end warehouse/DC development and regulatory compliance.
• Healthcare distribution or temperature-controlled logistics experience preferred.
• Strong ROI/NPV and investment analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design for warehouses and distribution centers.
• Coordinate architectural, mechanical, electrical, and engineering disciplines.
• Define standards, design criteria, and GDP/compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Assess locations and financial viability of facilities and land.
• Lead lease negotiations, contracts, relocations, and launches.
• Manage CAPEX, budgets, planning and contractor delivery.
• Drive material handling and automation projects with new tech.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support decisions.
• Oversee maintenance and readiness programs for existing facilities.
