Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Workplace & Facilities Manager to lead operations across Türkiye, overseeing office and boutique environments, budgets, vendors and projects. You will drive continuous improvement, digitalisation and sustainability while managing a multidisciplinary team and external partners.

The role collaborates with local and regional management to ensure high service standards, regulatory compliance and a seamless workplace experience across Richemont’s Türkiye offices and boutique

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Workplace, Facilities Management, Corporate Services or a related operational role.
• Strong experience managing office and facilities operations, ideally within a multi-site or international organisation.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, tenders, KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong project management experience, with exposure to office or retail openings, renovations and refurbishments advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and external service providers.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on service quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing digital or process improvement initiatives would be advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace experience, hospitality, sustainability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace and facilities operations across Türkiye, ensuring consistently high standards across office and boutique environments.
• Manage OPEX and project budgets, partnering with Finance and Procurement on cost management, capital expenditure and investment requirements.
• Oversee hard and soft facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, reception, workplace services, landlord management and Integrated Facility Management partners.
• Support Maison boutique expansions, refurbishments, renovations and seasonal operations from planning through to operational handover.
• Manage key vendors, contracts, KPIs and SLAs to drive service quality, compliance and cost efficiency.
• Oversee corporate travel, fleet and related operational services, working closely with Procurement and Legal.
• Lead workplace digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Ensure facilities comply with local regulatory, health & safety and sustainability requirements.
• Lead and develop the Workplace & Facilities team, fostering accountability, collaboration and service excellence.
• Partner with Security, EHS, IT, HR, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to deliver a safe and engaging workplace environment.
