Job summary

Trendyol Group is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee daily facility services, including cafeteria operations, shuttle services, and corporate mobile management. You will ensure compliance with hygiene standards, manage providers, and drive opex saving projects while supporting internal events and trainings.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and English proficiency, with a focus on cost control and efficient operations across our Istanbul-area facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Food Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in facility management.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets usage and experience with formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Vendor management experience including performance management.
• Ability to draw information from different sources.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility services including transportation, catering, SIM cards and devices, and support problem solving.
• Manage daily cafeteria operations, coordinate catering, monitor hygiene and food safety standards.
• Coordinate employee shuttle services, monitor performance and manage providers.
• Support internal company events, meetings and trainings catering services.
• Manage corporate mobile lines, SIM cards, subscriptions and device allocation.
• Control and record invoices and lead opex saving projects.
