Job summary

Infina is seeking an engineering leader to drive technical strategy and people leadership in a fast-paced fintech context. You will guide end-to-end engineering, modernize core platforms, and collaborate with Architecture to implement integration across systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with strong leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams and delivering complex programs.
• Experience building high-availability systems in financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in Java ecosystem: Spring Boot, Redis, Kafka.
• Designed and operated microservices with service decomposition.
• Proven incident management and postmortem discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams end to end: people, delivery and production health.
• Own the technical roadmap for modernizing core platforms with Product alignment.
• Collaborate with Architecture to shape integration across core systems.
• Guide migration from monolith to microservices with minimal disruption.
• Establish engineering standards: automated testing, runbooks and capacity planning.
• Drive AI-assisted development with security and code-review guardrails.
• Ensure delivery meets regulatory and security requirements.
