Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of cross-functional technology delivery/support experience with leadership experience.
• Experience using AI capabilities to support production operations workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Experience managing applications/infrastructure in large-scale environments (on‑premises and public cloud).
• Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience following ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering end-to-end application or infrastructure service for business operations.
• Drive AI-assisted incident triage and ensure human-in-the-loop validation and data handling.
• Govern incident, problem, and change management to maintain stability and availability.
• Monitor production environments, identify anomalies, and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices to identify recurring issues and validate remediation actions.
