Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a commercially driven Head of Own Retail to shape and manage the brand’s own retail business, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience and brand presence across the market.

The role involves leading store design and layout, evaluating locations, implementing activation plans, and collaborating with Marketing and Commercial teams to monitor KPIs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
• More than 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably with a leading premium brand.
• Strong business acumen with a commercial and consumer-oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinking with analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for achieving sustainable Retail KPIs and net sales growth in line with or above budget targets.
• Develop and implement local Own Retail strategies and guidelines in alignment with global strategy.
• Manage the Own Retail store network based on retail economics and continuously improve KPIs.
• Oversee store design and layout in accordance with global guidelines.
• Evaluate locations and review the network against established criteria.
• Implement activation modules across the Own Retail network.
• Support events to maximize impact of consumer and retailer activities.
• Ensure excellent operational standards across stores in line with global guidelines.
• Collaborate with local Marketing, Commercial Directors and other functions.
• Provide regular management updates and monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Contribute to sales and operational planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Define annual activation and promotional plans with local activation managers.
