Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group in Türkiye is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team across our brand portfolio. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and supervising daily store operations.

You will develop and motivate your team, ensure visual merchandising standards, manage stock and cashier processes, and adapt to the flexible hours of the retail industry. Fluency in English and relevant education are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• Good level English required.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager preferred.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and manage your team.
• Individual sales experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to adapt to the flexible working hours of the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Take actions to enhance excellent customer service in the store, ensuring a superior shopping experience for every customer.
• Implement and lead sales-driving activities and initiatives to maximize store performance and revenue growth.

• Manage administrative and office tasks related to store operations.
