• Verify deliveries meet orders and quality; report shortages.
• Coach staff on new menus, procedures, and events.
• Inspect stored products for quality and quantity.
• Present buffet displays attractively and in standards.
• Maintain high presentation; assist in planning with Executive Pastry Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
