Ideal candidates have 6+ years in pastry kitchens, luxury hotel or fine dining experience, and strong knowledge of regional ingredients and techniques. This role is on-site at our Saudi-based operations, with emphasis on quality and creativity.

• Proven pastry CDP-level expertise in Greek or Turkish pastries and desserts.
• Strong understanding of regional ingredients and presentation.
• Creativity to modernize classic favorites while maintaining authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present Greek and Turkish pastries and desserts with consistency in taste and presentation.
• Develop new dessert offerings inspired by traditional flavors with seasonal twists.
