SIHAMCO seeks a talented Pastry CDP to lead Greek and Turkish desserts with a modern twist. You will craft and present pastries, supervise junior pastry staff, and ensure top-quality, timely service across premium events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry CDP or Dessert Chef specializing in Greek or Turkish pastry.
• Strong knowledge of regional ingredients and techniques (rose water, phyllo, semolina, etc.).
• Ability to develop new dessert offerings inspired by traditional flavors with modern twists.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present Greek and Turkish pastries and desserts.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dessert items.
• Develop new dessert offerings with seasonal twists.
• Manage pastry kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, and hygiene standards.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and pastry assistants.
• Maintain proper storage of ingredients and ensure food safety standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B to plan dessert menus for service, events, and catering.
• Ensure production meets service deadlines.
