Lesaffre is seeking an Industrial Bakery Executive in Turkey, Marmara Bölgesi, Fatih. This role involves providing technical support and innovation for bakery products, as well as analyzing customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in food engineering and over 5 years in the bakery industry.

Responsibilities include planning product testing, conducting market analysis, and addressing customer quality complaints. Proficiency in English and ability to travel frequently are essential.

Experience in team management is preferred, and knowledge of Turkish language is mandatory.
