Job summary

Accor is seeking a Guest Relations professional to ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will coordinate with departments to deliver personalized service and manage VIP guest needs within a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus fluency in English and Turkish. Opera PMS knowledge is an asset in maintaining guest records and preferences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Guest Relations or Front Office, preferably in a luxury international hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.
• A professional, positive, and guest-oriented approach.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests during their arrival, stay, and departure.

• Support and organize guest relations activities and special events when required.
• Prepare relevant reports for the Operations Director.
