Job summary

Grand Hyatt invites hospitality professionals to join our Front Office team as a Guest Services Officer (Receptionist). You will rotate through Front Office to deliver courteous, efficient service and ensure guest satisfaction per hotel standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Tourism and Hotel Management qualification, strong English skills, and at least two years in hotel operations. We value teamwork, motivation, and excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Ideally the candidate should have a degree or diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management.
• Good command of English.
• 2 years experience in hotel operations.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to guests on a rotation within Front Office.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
