Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a professional Receptionist to deliver warm, efficient check-in and check-out, manage guest inquiries, and contribute to an exceptional first impression.

You will support front office operations, assist with audits, cash handling, and coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest experiences across all hotel services.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in a related field.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel reception experience.
• Knowledge of hotel front office operations and PMS.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception services from check-in to check-out to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain guest relations.
• Support audits and ensure accurate cash handling per policy.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and other departments on guest feedback.
• Demonstrate high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Assist with training of Night Team and other staff as needed.
• Remain informed about room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Promote Hilton services and facilities to maximize occupancy.
