Job summary

MobileAction is seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our Product team and help build impactful products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to identify opportunities, translate insights into clear product requirements, and own initiatives end to end from discovery to release and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to translate feedback into clear product requirements.
• Experience with prioritization, roadmap planning, and managing initiatives from discovery to release.
• Ability to discuss technical feasibility and trade-offs with Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and SaaS processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Customer-focused, outcome-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer research and interviews to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Research competitors, market trends, and best practices to inform product decisions.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify improvements.
• Own product initiatives from discovery to release and monitoring.
• Translate objectives into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define solutions and trade-offs.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization based on value and effort.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
• Coordinate release testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor post-release performance and drive continuous improvement.
