Job summary

Heli Technology is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to drive our subscription mobile app growth. This hands-on role owns experiments from idea to campaign, tests quickly, learns, and scales what works, with a bias toward speed and data-driven decisions.

You'll explore new markets, run paid campaigns, optimize App Store/Play listings, and collaborate with Product to improve onboarding, retention, and upgrades, delivering measurable traction and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on growth or digital marketing experience.
• Experience in startups or early-stage products with broad responsibilities.
• Experience setting up and running paid campaigns on at least one platform.

Responsibilities

• Explore new markets and audiences through small tests and share learnings with product teams.
• Develop and test growth ideas across channels, scaling what's effective.
• Set up and run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Apple, and Meta.
