Job summary
Pluxee Türkiye is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define product features, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the team delivers value to customers. You will bridge stakeholders and developers to align on requirements and outcomes.
The role requires 5+ years in product ownership or business analysis, strong communication, and proven Agile (Scrum) experience. Collaboration with web and mobile teams and familiarity with Confluence and Jira are essential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience with web and mobile technologies, APIs and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Define product features and requirements.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Plan, execute projects and communicate status, risks and issues.
- Organize agile ceremonies with scrum Masters to improve team performance.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure backlog understanding.
- Conduct UAT and verify functionality against requirements.
