Job summary

Pluxee Türkiye seeks an experienced Process Management and Experience Design leader to drive end-to-end governance, continuous improvement, and KPI management across digital and non-digital customer journeys. You will partner with business units, technology teams, and agile squads to ensure seamless customer experiences.

The role focuses on establishing process standards, ownership, and accountability, while leading cross-functional transformation programs and embedding customer-centric

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• MBA or relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the customer process management framework, standards, methodologies, and governance model.
• Lead end-to-end process documentation initiatives, mapping and standardizing processes.
• Establish process ownership and accountability across the organization.
• Identify improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer outcomes.
• Facilitate process redesign using Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking and other methodologies.
• Act as customer journey and experience design advocate within agile squads.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, squads, and Technology teams throughout the lifecycle.
