Job summary

Binance in Turkey seeks a Partnerships & Growth Manager to lead offline community activations, local partnerships, and creator collaborations. You will focus on planning high-quality events, building local partnerships, and leveraging KOLs to drive growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

The role requires strong event execution, budget discipline, and a deep understanding of the Turkish market, with fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, community activations, local marketing, creator management, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience organizing offline events end to end, including large-scale or flagship events.
• Proven ability to manage budgets carefully, including supplier coordination and cost tracking.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish market, culture, and content ecosystem.
• Experience managing KOLs or local content partnerships is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute offline events end to end in Turkey.
• Manage venues, speakers, partners, logistics, and budget tracking for events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, universities, creators, and partners.
• Manage relationships with local KOLs and creators, onboarding and coordination.
• Develop activations and campaigns to support user acquisition and engagement.
• Track KPIs and provide post-event insights to cross-functional teams.
