Binance is seeking a Community & Events Manager for Turkey to lead offline activations, local partnerships, and content collaborations. The role focuses on planning and delivering high-quality events, building relationships with universities, creators, and partners, and driving growth through engaging community initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on event experience, budget discipline, and a deep understanding of the Turkish market and content ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, community activations, local marketing, creator management, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in organizing offline events end to end, including large-scale or flagship events.
• Proven ability to manage budgets carefully and efficiently, including supplier coordination and cost tracking.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish market, local culture, and content ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute offline events end to end, including meetups, workshops, sponsorship activations, and flagship events.
• Manage all elements of execution: venues, speakers, partners, suppliers, logistics, budget tracking, and on-site delivery.
• Support Binance’s presence in major local events and ensure high execution quality across user-facing activations.
• Track attendance, engagement, feedback, and event performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, universities, content creators, and partners.
