Job summary

AppNation is seeking a Brand Manager to shape how we are perceived as a product company and workplace. You will build a strong narrative across social presence, events, and candidate touchpoints to attract high-potential talent and strengthen our overall brand.

You'll work closely with People & Culture, marketing, and leadership to turn our culture, products, and ways of working into a scalable employer brand, while managing content, communities, and the candidate journey.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in brand, content, social media, community, or employer branding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging and authentic content.
• Experience managing social media accounts, following content trends, and building communities.
• Understanding of company culture, employee experience, and internal engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of how brand impacts growth, hiring, and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape AppNation’s brand and employer brand strategy across channels.
• Lead content and social media, creating engaging stories that reflect our products and culture.
• Manage brand touchpoints including website, careers pages, digital assets, and merchandise.
• Shape company culture and employee experience through internal initiatives and storytelling.
• Own and enhance the candidate experience from first impression to offer.
• Build communities and lead internal/external events and university collaborations.
• Track brand performance using data and insights to improve engagement and hiring outcomes.
