For our client operating in the telecommunications and technology sector, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can combine strategic growth thinking with hands‑on campaign execution.
This role will be responsible for identifying the right markets and audiences, translating product value into compelling customer propositions, and building measurable acquisition, conversion and growth strategies.
The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with Product, Sales and Creative teams, taking ownership of growth initiatives from market and audience definition through campaign execution, optimization, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments and audiences based on market insights, customer needs and commercial potential.
- Define the most effective channels, messaging and campaign approaches for different markets and audience segments.
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid and organic customer acquisition campaigns.
- Manage digital advertising activities across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta, including targeting, budget allocation, testing and optimization.
- Work closely with Product and Sales teams to align product positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Analyze the full customer journey and funnel, identify conversion gaps, and develop initiatives to improve acquisition, activation and conversion.
- Own and monitor key growth KPIs including qualified lead volume, conversion rates, cost per qualified lead, customer acquisition cost (CAC), activation rates, retention indicators, campaign efficiency and revenue contribution.
- Build and maintain clear performance dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness, channel performance and funnel efficiency.
- Translate customer and campaign data into actionable recommendations and determine which initiatives should be scaled, optimized or discontinued.
- Develop and manage structured A/B tests and growth experiments, documenting hypotheses, outcomes and key learnings.
- Provide clear direction and briefs to the Creative Designer, ensuring creative outputs are aligned with audience expectations, campaign objectives and channel requirements.
- Manage campaign messaging and content priorities without being directly responsible for graphic design execution.
- Coordinate CRM, lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing activities in collaboration with Sales and other relevant teams.
- Use AI tools extensively and effectively across research, audience analysis, campaign development, content workflows, optimization, reporting and productivity.
Qualifications
- Fluent English is essential. Candidates must be able to communicate, write, present and work professionally in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of direct responsibility for campaigns or growth programs.
- Strong hands‑on experience in digital campaign management, customer acquisition, audience segmentation and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to determine which markets and audiences to target, which channels to use and what type of messaging will resonate with them.
- Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn and/or Meta Ads.
- Strong working knowledge of analytics and measurement tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to connect marketing activities with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing or directing creative resources; the role does not require hands‑on graphic design, but strong creative judgment and audience understanding are essential.
- Advanced proficiency in AI tools and AI‑supported marketing workflows is essential.
- Previous experience in a startup environment and B2B/service marketing is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize limited resources and take end‑to‑end ownership of initiatives.
