Job summary

Efsora in İzmir, Türkiye, is seeking a seasoned B2B growth marketer to build and run marketing using AI agents for a US client. This is a full-time, on-site position at our İzmir HQ, working with product and engineering teams.

You will own the full marketing cycle from strategy to acquisition, engagement and retention, collaborating with the Product Manager in İzmir. A self-starter with hands-on AI agent experience is essential.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience is required.
• Experience with digital growth initiatives and campaigns.
• Strong writing, messaging and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to set priorities with limited direction.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in İzmir and willing to work on-site.
• Proven track record of launching and growing a product/marketing function.

Responsibilities

• Define target audiences, positioning, messaging and channel priorities.
• Develop and execute the launch plan with timelines, budgets and success metrics.
• Align marketing with product readiness and commercial objectives.
• Run digital campaigns across channels (website, email, social, paid media).
• Create content, landing pages and customer journeys to drive adoption and retention.
• Test audiences and messages to improve acquisition and retention and use data to prioritize activity.
• Build and operate AI agents for research, content production, campaign execution and analysis.
• Coordinate US launch events with local partners as needed.
