Job summary

TP-Link Türkiye is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy. You will oversee a team and coordinate with sales and GTM to drive brand growth across Digital Marketing, PR, events and social media.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and a track record of data-driven marketing with AI-enabled campaigns to optimize ROI and market share.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional marketing experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for TP-Link Türkiye.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to meet objectives.
• Create integrated plans covering Digital Marketing, PR, Events and Social Media.
• Optimize digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic and leads.
• Support product launches with effective communication and positioning.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and insights.
