Manay CPA is seeking a motivated early-career marketer to own content and brand channels, support performance and SEO, and use AI tools to boost efficiency. This remote role in Turkey offers collaboration with an international B2B team and exposure to HubSpot, Google Ads, and AI-driven workflows.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years in digital marketing, strong Turkish and English skills, and a willingness to learn across channels including social, email, SEO, and reporting, with US time-zone

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing; junior candidates welcome.
• Native or professional Turkish; business English fluent; interviews in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence across major platforms.
• Plan and execute recurring email campaigns according to annual plan.
• Design client-facing visuals, brochures, website visuals, and printed materials maintaining brand.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for US and Turkey markets; conduct weekly competitor analysis.
