Efsora in İzmir, Türkiye, is seeking a seasoned B2B growth marketer to build and run marketing using AI agents for a US client. This is a full-time, on-site position at our İzmir HQ, working with product and engineering teams.

You will own the full marketing cycle from strategy to acquisition, engagement and retention, collaborating with the Product Manager in İzmir. A self-starter with hands-on AI agent experience is essential.

Efsora is an AI and software company based in İzmir, Türkiye. We help companies turn market intelligence into product decisions, assess and modernize software, and build AI products.

This role will work on a dedicated client project alongside Efsora’s product and engineering teams. It is a full-time, on-site position at our HQ based in İzmir.

Role Summary

We are looking for a B2B growth marketer with 5+ years of experience to build and run marketing with AI agents from scratch for a product we are developing for a US client.

You will own the full marketing cycle, from strategy and launch to acquisition, engagement and retention, working alongside the Product Manager in İzmir. This role requires a self starter who can operate independently and build and run their own AI agents to support execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Define target audiences, positioning, messaging and channel priorities
• Develop and execute the launch plan, including timelines, budgets and success measures
• Align marketing with product readiness and commercial objectives

Campaigns & Growth

• Run digital campaigns across relevant channels, including website, email, social and paid media
• Create content, landing pages and customer journeys that turn interest into adoption
• Test audiences, messages and offers to improve acquisition, conversion and retention
• Use performance data to prioritize activity and allocate resources

AI Agents & Workflows

• Build and operate agents for research, content production, campaign execution and analysis
• Connect agents to relevant tools and data sources
• Establish quality checks, troubleshoot issues and improve workflow reliability
• Bring customer insights and campaign findings into product decisions
• Develop recruitment and onboarding programs for platform participants
• Support AI enabled qualification and validation workflows with the product team
• Coordinate US launch events with local event partners as needed

What We Look For

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with substantial responsibility for digital growth
• Experience marketing to US audiences
• Strong writing, messaging and analytical skills
• Ability to set priorities and deliver with limited direction
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Based in İzmir
• A track record of taking a product or marketing function from initial planning through launch and growth
• Practical examples of AI agents you have built and operated yourself
