complead Inc. is hiring a Growth Specialist to run the AI-native marketing engine that brings compliance teams in Türkiye, Europe and the US to complead.

You will execute a system that produces content at volume, automates repetitive tasks, and runs experiments across channels to measure pipeline impact. This is a hands-on role; you will build workflows, run campaigns, and read the numbers yourself, without outsourcing to agencies or freelancers.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of full-time growth, performance or digital marketing experience.
• B2B SaaS, fintech or a fast-growing startup is a plus.
• Real, daily use of AI at work with a workflow or automation you built.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and analytics (HubSpot, n8n, Make, Zapier, Semrush/Ahrefs, GA4).
• Something you shipped yourself: a campaign, content series, automation, or landing page.
• Strong measurement habit; you can explain last campaign results.
• Speed and ownership; you ship weekly.
• Fluent English and Turkish.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Curiosity about compliance, AML; willing to learn.
• Willing to work on-site in Üsküdar, Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• AI content production turns posts into multi-format content.
• Marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, n8n, Make or Zapier.
• SEO and AEO improvements to complead.ai.
• Outbound and ABM campaigns with Apollo and Clay.
• Paid experiments with LinkedIn and Google.
• Weekly measurement of costs and pipeline impact.
