Job summary

complead, based in Üsküdar, Istanbul, is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own every module of the platform, from sanctions screening to case management. You will lead two product managers, write specs, run sprints and ship releases, while driving an AI-native product process across the team and company.

You will work closely with engineering, sales and customer success, and much of the work communicates in English. The role is on-site at our office in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years leading other product managers.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, AML or payments is a strong plus.
• You have shipped roadmaps, run sprints and released on time, with hands-on contribution to specs and releases.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools; you have built a working prototype or internal tool.
• Comfort with APIs and integrations; you write SQL for analysis; familiarity with Jira or Azure Boards.
• You are a hands-on leader who mentors while actively doing the work.

Responsibilities

• Own every module: sanctions screening, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, case management.
• Lead two junior product managers; set priorities and review their specs.
• Develop an AI-native product process with specs, prototypes and release notes.
• Identify AI opportunities in the product; implement prototypes and ship with engineering.
• Help sales, support and operations build AI workflows and internal tools.
