Job summary

complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is a financial crime platform based in Istanbul. We are seeking a B2B Content & Growth Marketer to write, ship and measure marketing that raises complead’s visibility among compliance teams in Türkiye, Europe and the US.

You will work hands-on, using AI tools to multiply output, manage the content calendar, and drive pipeline. The role requires on-site work in Üsküdar, Istanbul, with a focus on educating buyers about our rebrand and new name.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech or regtech.
• Portfolio of B2B writing: blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn content or web copy.
• Hands-on use of HubSpot or similar marketing automation, a CMS, and an SEO tool such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image tools) to research, draft and design faster.
• Ability to measure impact; you know what your last three pieces brought in.
• Ownership: manage the calendar and ship without prompts.
• Native-level written English and fluent Turkish.
• Basic design skills in Figma or Canva are a plus.
• Curiosity about compliance, AML and financial crime.
• Office in Üsküdar, Istanbul; this role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content: blog posts, product copy, case studies for complead.ai.
• Publish biweekly newsletter (complead Signal) on HubSpot and LinkedIn.
• Manage LinkedIn presence and the CEO's voice with a content calendar.
• Coordinate SEO and rebrand migration in search; fix Semrush flags.
• Run email campaigns and simple HubSpot workflows.
• Plan launches and announcements: blog, LinkedIn, newsletter and sales one-pager.
• Provide weekly reporting on traffic, rankings, opens/clicks and MQLs.
