complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is expanding its Istanbul-based growth team. We seek a Growth Specialist to drive the AI-native marketing engine targeting Türkiye, Europe and the US. You will produce high-volume content with AI, automate repetitive tasks, run experiments, and measure impact on pipeline.

This hands-on role requires ownership and direct workflow execution. You will own AI-driven content and campaigns, build and optimize workflows in HubSpot and automation tools, and work

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of full-time growth, performance, or digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS/fintech is preferred.
• Proven daily use of AI at work with a workflow, prompt chain, or automation that saved time or produced results.
• Hands-on with automation tools like HubSpot, n8n, Make or Zapier, Semrush or Ahrefs, Apollo or Clay, LinkedIn Ads, GA4.
• Demonstrated shipped campaigns or automations with a public link if possible.
• You measure results and can explain what drove performance.
• Speed and ownership: you ship weekly and fix mistakes quickly.
• Fluent English writing and Turkish language skills are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record are a plus.
• Curiosity about AML/financial crime is encouraged; office in Üsküdar, Istanbul (on-site).

Responsibilities

About complead

complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is the financial crime platform we started in Istanbul in 2020. We run sanctions screening, KYC and KYB, transaction monitoring, fraud detection and case management for more than 800 financial institutions in over 80 countries, from payment companies to tier-one banks. One engine, one customer record, one audit trail.

The name changed this year because the work outgrew it. The standard underneath it did not: compliance software should be judged by what it covers, how fast it answers and whether it can explain itself.

The role

We are looking for a Growth Specialist to run the AI-native marketing engine that brings compliance teams in Türkiye, Europe and the US to complead.

We do not run marketing the way most B2B companies do. A small team, AI tools and well-built workflows do the work that used to take an agency. Your job is to execute that system every day: produce at volume with AI, automate what repeats, run experiments across channels and measure what turns into pipeline.

This is a hands-on seat. You will not brief agencies or manage freelancers. You will build the workflow, run the campaign and read the numbers yourself.

What you will own

• AI content production. Turn every blog post, product release, award and customer story into LinkedIn posts, newsletter sections, visuals, short videos and sales one-pagers, using Claude, ChatGPT and image and video tools. Quality stays high while volume goes up.
• Marketing automation. Build and maintain workflows in HubSpot, n8n, Make or Zapier, and with AI agents, that move leads, enrich data, write first drafts and send the right message at the right time. If you do something by hand twice, you automate it the third time.
• SEO and AEO. Help move years of Sanction Scanner rankings to complead.ai, fix what Semrush flags, and make sure complead shows up when compliance teams ask ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity for a vendor.
• Outbound and ABM. Build target account lists with Apollo and Clay, write AI-assisted sequences with sales, and run campaigns aimed at the banks and fintechs we want to win.
• Paid experiments. Small, measured LinkedIn and Google tests. Launch, read, kill or scale.
• Measurement. A weekly view of what ran, what it cost and what it brought into pipeline, plus your call on what to do more or less of.

What your first year looks like

In week one you learn our product, our buyers and the AI workflows we already run, and you sit in on sales calls. By month three you run the weekly production and campaign rhythm on your own and have shipped your first automations. By month twelve you can show which channels and workflows bring in pipeline, and the system produces more each month without more people.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 4 years of full-time experience in growth, performance or digital marketing. B2B SaaS, fintech or a fast-growing startup is a plus.
• Real, daily use of AI at work, beyond writing emails. You have built a workflow, prompt chain, custom GPT, agent or automation that saved time or produced results, and you can show it.
• Hands-on experience with at least some of: HubSpot or a similar automation tool, n8n, Make or Zapier, Semrush or Ahrefs, Apollo or Clay, LinkedIn Ads, GA4.
• Something you shipped yourself: a campaign, a content series, an automation, a landing page or a side project, with a link we can open.
• The habit of measuring. You know what your last campaign brought in, and you can explain why.
• Speed and ownership. You ship every week without being chased, and you fix your own mistakes fast.
• Strong written English and fluent Turkish. Most of our customers are outside Türkiye.
• A bachelor's degree. A strong academic record is a plus.
• Curiosity about compliance, AML and financial crime. You do not need to know it on day one, but you should want to learn it.
• You are happy to work from our office in Üsküdar, Istanbul. This role is on-site.
