Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, operations, or a related field.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase member and partner acquisition.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities targeting members and business partners.
• Manage partner onboarding, activation, and retention processes.
• Develop initiatives to enhance the member experience and improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Oversee operational processes across member and partner operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives, translating insights into data-driven actions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage corporate projects, oversee related processes, and develop new business relationships and partnership opportunities.
