Codeway in Istanbul is seeking a versatile Performance Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end user acquisition campaigns for global audiences. You will manage creatives, optimize spend across Meta, TikTok, Google, and networks, and build relationships with external partners.

You should bring at least 2 years in performance marketing, a data-driven mindset, strong English, and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in performance marketing or related field.
• Strong English communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take 360 ownership of app marketing and end-to-end user acquisition.
• Develop and test creatives; propose hypotheses and provide feedback.
• Manage and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other networks.
• Build relationships with external partners and agencies; collaborate with ad networks.
• Build and monitor BI dashboards; ensure KPIs are met while scaling.
• Collaborate with product team to understand user motivations and monetization.
• Take additional responsibilities to grow the app with growth-hacking ideas.
