You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and other UA channels, owning the strategy end-to-end with budget control.

Founded in 2009, Joygame publishes popular PC and mobile games and supports studios through funding and expertise.

Qualifications

• Plan, launch, and scale mobile UA campaigns across major networks.
• Own UA strategy end-to-end including analysis and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to connect growth metrics to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Google Search, TikTok, Applovin.
• Own UA strategy with performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Work with creative team to test ideas and find winning creatives.
• Collaborate with product and data to tie growth metrics to KPIs.
• Stay up to date with new ad formats and UA best practices.
• Bring new ideas, test quickly, scale what works.
