Job summary

Sanction Scanner, an AI-powered RegTech company, seeks a VP of Growth in Üsküdar, Istanbul. This full-time, on-site role reports to the CEO and owns the growth engine end-to-end across Europe, MENA and the US.

You will lead inbound, outbound, SEO, content and lifecycle campaigns, and build a high-performing growth team as pipeline scales. You’ll be responsible for defining GTM strategy, measuring CAC and LTV, and iterating rapidly in a fast-moving, regulated space.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B growth or marketing, with leadership experience.
• Experience shipping campaigns, content and funnels, not just managing others.
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and hitting demand or revenue targets.
• Full-funnel fluency across inbound, SEO, content, paid, lifecycle and web.

Responsibilities

• Own growth, 360°; build and scale the full growth engine across channels.
• Drive demand across Europe, MENA and the US.
• Own lead generation, MQL/SQL, and lifecycle nurture.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategy and brand positioning.
• Publish thought leadership and build industry events to generate pipeline.
