Job summary

Nizmara Consulting & Executive Search is seeking a smart, commercially curious professional to join our boutique team and help build the engine that drives Nizmara's next phase of growth. You will work directly with founding partners across BD, marketing, growth, operations, and later, recruitment delivery.

In this role you will design and execute outreach, nurture relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, and CEOs in Turkey and Saudi Arabia, and shape our content, CRM, and automation efforts to

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in startup, consulting, B2B tech, or commercial role.
• Fluent written Turkish and English.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and daily use.
• Commercial instinct and ability to speak to business priorities.
• Self-starter mentality and proactive approach.
• Analytical enough to track performance and pivot when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build B2B prospect lists across Turkey and Saudi Arabia.
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
• Manage automated outreach sequences using tools like Lemlist/Instantly.
• Maintain CRM cleanly and build workflows to support BD and follow-up.
• Support executive search research and interviews as you grow.
