Job summary

Evyap in Turkey is seeking a Budgeting and Reporting specialist to join the Headquarters Budget and Reporting team. You will help consolidate, forecast, and analyze financial performance across brands and regions.

The role requires 4-5 years in budgeting and reporting, strong SAP PA/CO knowledge, and excellent English. A hybrid work model is offered with three office days and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4-5 years of budgeting and reporting experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and performance analysis
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Fluent English and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Participate in monthly close and support consolidation processes.
• Prepare management reports by country, category and brand.
• Analyze performance, identify drivers, risks and opportunities, and provide insights.
• Create ad-hoc reports and scenario models for senior management.
• Identify variances versus budget and communicate insights.
• Provide financial support to multiple departments and finance teams.
• Improve reporting, budgeting and controlling tools and systems.
• Contribute to digital transformation, SAP reporting infrastructure improvement, and system migrations.
