Job summary

Golden Goose Group in Fatih, Istanbul is seeking a Store Manager to lead the customer experience and drive commercial results. Reporting to the Retail Area Manager, you will develop the team, uphold brand standards, and act as a brand ambassador.

You will manage KPIs, coach staff, implement selling ceremonies, foster loyal customers, and push omnichannel sales while maintaining impeccable store presentation and VIP service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Sales background in retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• A problem solver who can identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions.
• A team player who values collaboration and can work towards common goals.
• Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage store targets by monitoring KPIs and implement action plans with the Area Manager.
• Guide the team to achieve commercial targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand standards.
• Lead upsell/cross-sell and introduce all co-creation services as part of the client experience.
• Build strong customer relationships, drive loyalty, and ensure customers are registered in the Golden App for profiling.
• Drive omnichannel sales in a fast-paced environment using available tools.
• Maintain optimal store merchandising and visual standards aligned with the brand image.
• Plan daily/weekly in-store briefings and onboard new staff, fostering development.
