Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant luxury retail experience.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor industry trends and local market knowledge.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through dream looks.
• Provide product insights and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
• Cultivate positive relationships and omnichannel engagement.
• Maintain store presentation and brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, GDPR and health & safety.
• Utilize Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth to enhance engagement.
