Koton is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the financial vision, cash flow management, and risk strategies for a global fashion brand. You will oversee daily treasury operations, banking relationships, letters of credit, and financing activities across borders.

The role requires 12+ years in treasury with leadership experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and a results-driven, analytical mindset. A strategic partner to the Finance team, you will drive cost control and liquidity planning globally.

Qualifications

• Extensive treasury operations experience required.
• Strong budgeting and cash flow planning capabilities.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent analytical and ERP proficiency.
• Experience with foreign exchange and risk management.
• Excellent relationship management with banks/financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and budgeting aligned with company strategy.
• Manage daily cash operations and cash flow variances.
• Develop hedging strategies for currency and financial risks.
• Oversee foreign trade financing and letters of credit/guarantees.
• Maintain relations with domestic and international banks.
• Monitor market developments and propose alternative financing.
• Lead and mentor treasury team and report to Treasury Director.
