Job summary

Koton is seeking a Senior Marketplace Manager to lead our marketplace strategy and drive end-to-end performance across domestic and international channels. You will own campaigns, pricing, stock and content, aligning with sales targets and profitability.

In this role, you will coach the marketplace team, collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Tech, and translate consumer insights into action plans for growth. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce/marketplace management within retail or fashion.
• 2+ years handling key marketplace accounts with P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership in marketplace teams and strategic thinking.
• Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Expertise in marketplace strategy, campaigns, planning and KPI control.
• Experience in integrations, contracts and business development.
• Understanding of domestic and international marketplace dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace strategies aligned to sales and profitability targets.
• Own marketplace performance to maximize sales and profitability.
• Manage end-to-end performance: category, product, pricing, stock, content, campaigns.
• Develop growth strategies for domestic and international marketplaces.
• Oversee new partnerships, contracts and integrations; maintain existing ones.
• Lead planning and campaigns per calendars and targets.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Collaborate with CX, Ops, Logistics, CS, Tech and other functions.
• Translate market insights into actionable commercial actions.
• Lead and develop the Marketplace team with clear objectives.
