ENERCON Türkiye is seeking a skilled Cash Manager to join our Finance team. The role leads treasury operations, liquidity planning, and payment processes across local entities, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient cash management in a multinational setting.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in cash management, treasury, and finance, with English proficiency and experience in multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or a similar function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels.
• Experience in multicultural and international business environments.
• Strong team-player mindset with interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Experience in controlling and financial processes within multinational companies is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) and MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Managing liquidity planning and cash flow for local entities.
• Coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury processes.
• Preparing and processing manual payment orders.
• Monitoring and coordinating third-party loan and interest payments with Global Treasury.
• Managing tax-related payments including stamp taxes and month-end obligations.
• Overseeing the IBKB process and ensuring compliance with Central Bank requirements.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Managing payment confirmations for incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Investigating and resolving missing or unallocated payments.
• Managing corporate credit card processes including applications, cancellations, and statements.
• Supporting Finance and Tax teams regarding equity positions of legal entities.
• Monitoring intercompany loans and related interest in coordination with Headquarters.
