Job summary

Trendyol Group is seeking a Treasury Professional to manage daily cash operations, optimize funding costs, and coordinate with finance, tech, and banking partners. You will ensure accurate settlement of merchant transactions and support financial reporting and automation across the TREasury landscape.

The role emphasizes collaboration with POS and payment systems teams, as well as effective cost control and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Turkish POS ecosystem, funding costs, interchange fees, and settlement processes.
• Experience at tech/payment companies, banks’ payment systems, or digital platforms is preferred.
• Solid reporting and data analysis skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets (global and local).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including bank transfers and reconciliations.
• Optimize bank commissions and funding costs.
• Prepare and monitor daily cash flow reports.
• Execute payments to suppliers, tax authorities, employees, etc.
• Collaborate with technology teams for POS installations and bank integrations.
• Support financial closing activities and reporting using SAP or similar data tools.
• Automate treasury processes and data reporting.
