Job summary

Koç Finansman A.S. is seeking a Finance & Fund Management Process Lead to own and continuously improve core funding and treasury processes.

You will report to the Finance & Fund Management Lead and collaborate with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to turn complex activities into scalable operations. You will own end-to-end funding and financing processes, govern treasury product workflows, and build reliable financial models to drive informed decision-making across banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a finance/related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end funding and financing processes with defined workflows, roles, controls, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Coordinate short- and long-term funding plans across stakeholders and liquidity providers.
• Translate data insights into prioritized process-improvement roadmaps.
• Govern treasury-product processes including FX, rates, and hedging with robust standards.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives in funding, treasury, payment, and collection activities.
• Support market research, compliance, and audit readiness as needed.
