Job summary

Koton is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the financial vision, cash flow management, and risk strategies for a global fashion brand. You will oversee daily treasury operations, banking relationships, letters of credit, and financing activities across borders.

The role requires 12+ years in treasury with leadership experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and a results-driven, analytical mindset. A strategic partner to the Finance team, you will drive cost control and liquidity planning globally.

We are looking for a "Treasury Manager" who will lead the financial vision of our company and has strong experience in cash flow, risk management, and banking relations.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Setting short-, medium-, and long-term targets for financial processes in line company strategies, establishing monitoring indicators, and preparing and managing the annual financing expenses budget,
• Cash and Risk Management: Managing daily cash operations, conducting cash flow budget-actual analyses, and developing hedging strategies against currency, fund, and financial risks,
• Foreign Trade and Financing Operations: Tracking letters of credit, letters of guarantee, counter-guarantees, and export commitments; effectively managing TFS, DBS, and leasing applications,
• Bank and Financial Institution Relations: Managing relations with domestic/international financial institutions, researching funding alternatives, and conducting the most advantageous negotiations by obtaining price quotes for loans, spot, and derivative transactions,
• Market Monitoring and Alternative Solutions: Taking action by closely following developments in financial markets; proposing alternative financing methods and products that will benefit the supply chain to relevant departments,
• Team Management and Leadership: Overseeing the operations of the treasury team (specialist, officer, manager), evaluating their performance, guiding them in accordance with Integrated Management Systems requirements, and providing mentorship for their talent development,
• Reporting: Regularly reporting all works regarding treasury operations and processes to the Treasury Director.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate treasury operations, cash planning, foreign exchange, and fund management (including team management), with a total of at least 15 years of experience including at least 3 years in team leadership,
• Strong network and relationship management skills in banks, financial institutions, and foreign trade processes,
• Proficient in spot and derivative transactions, loan restructuring, and alternative financing methods,
• Experienced in the tracking and management of letters of credit, letters of guarantee, counter-guarantees, and export commitments,
• Experienced in managing Supplier Finance System (TFS), Direct Debit System (DBS), and leasing applications,
• Highly analytical mindset, capable of conducting budget and cash flow actual-versus-budget analyses, as well as experienced in Advanced Excel and ERP/AI applications,
• Possessing high leadership qualities; capable of motivating the team, providing coaching, and adapting to Integrated Management Systems processes.
