Job summary

Koton, a global fashion retailer, seeks a Senior Visual Merchandiser to lead end-to-end in-store merchandising across markets. You will translate brand standards into store layouts, train field teams, and oversee budgets and seasonal campaigns.

This role demands strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a multinational team. The position focuses on optimizing product presentation, coordinating with Marketing and Creative teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality VM

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Budget planning, forecasting, and budget tracking experience.
• Experience in competitor analysis and market research.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to create training materials and documentation.
• Proven track record of training, mentoring, and developing Area Visual Merchandisers.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication skills to manage VM processes with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading and driving end-to-end in-store visual merchandising projects from concept to implementation guidelines.
• Ensuring field teams understand and apply brand visual standards and prepare stores for execution.
• Identifying VM training needs and delivering programs while evaluating effectiveness.
• Developing visual layouts for new store openings aligning with product presentation standards.
• Auditing displays and reporting against store plans and budgets.
• Translating concepts into technical briefs for global partners while upholding quality.
• Managing procurement, inventory, and stock transfers for VM materials.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Brand teams during launches and campaigns.
