Job summary

ROMAN MAĞAZALARI seeks a Foreign Trade Specialist to manage export/import sales and operations. You will coordinate communications between the company and customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

The role requires 3+ years in foreign trade, fluent English, and strong interpersonal and sales skills. Travel for exhibitions and customer visits is expected as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in Foreign Trade operations (import&export).
• Advanced level in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented.
• Effective Team-Working Skills.
• Good command of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute export/import sales and operations.
• Maintain communication between the company and the customer.
• Follow operational processes of customer orders, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions as exhibitor or visitor.
• Follow up on sales and after-sales processes.
• Carry out market research for potential customers and opportunities.
• Have knowledge of import transactions, payments, customs clearance and logistics.
• Follow and control invoices, customs and other documents.
• Handle customer inquiries for operational concerns as needed.
• Report to the Foreign Trade Manager on activities, plans and strategies.
