Job summary

dormakaba is seeking an Export Specialist (English Speaker) to oversee export operations from our Vadistanbul office in Ayazaga/Istanbul, Türkiye. You will coordinate cross-border shipments, ensure regulatory compliance and manage export documentation with internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, is fluent in Turkish and English (Arabic a plus), and demonstrates strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all export documentation.
• Following up the customs procedures.
• Communicating with international customers and managing export processes.
• Organizing all transportation activities.
• Supporting sales team in organizing the orders.
• Working closely with local/international factories & warehouse & purchasing departments.
• Ensuring information flow with all relevant departments with sales team.
