Job summary

Elis Kozmetik, a Turkey-based cosmetics company, seeks a Foreign Trade Specialist to manage end-to-end order operations across domestic and export markets. You will coordinate with customers, the principal supplier, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or retail distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. LOGO) and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and process orders from customers in export regions.
• Coordinate order submission and follow-up with the principal supplier.
• Split and allocate orders based on customer needs and product availability.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to each customer (on time & in full).
• Manage combined shipments and ensure correct distribution.
• Act as the main point of communication between the supplier and customers.
• Provide regular updates on order status, shipments, and potential delays.
• Manage import operations, including customs clearance and inbound logistics to Türkiye.
• Coordinate with customs agents and logistics providers to ensure timely release of goods.
• Support export operations, including order processing and logistics coordination.
• Maintain and update customer master data for export markets.
• Monitor and update pricing and margins based on wholesale export orders.
• Collaborate closely with sales, planning, and warehouse teams.
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve supply chain issues.
